Ameriloan Scam

Both the Colorado AG and the California Department of Corporations have tried and failed (in their OWN home courts!) to force them to give back any money. West Virginia did get a settlement, but that looked like the company just decided it was cheaper to pay and shift lending there to one of their other companies that wasn't part of the settlement instead of fighting. Never heard of anyone getting any further on their own than an agreement to write off what they claim is the balance. But that's just a little personal observation and a quick scan of the threads. If someone did do better, I'd love to hear about how they did it so others can too.
