What else can I do to stop the harassment? Which laws are they violating and should I contact an attorney to put an end to the harassment? I owe them 180 on the principal and told them I'll pay that by the end of February 2011. That date may have to get pushed back by a few more months now due to their constant harassment just on principle.

Actually, they have violated all the PDL laws applicable in your state. The problem with these illegal PDLs is the fact that they do not want to follow any prescribed laws. Every time they call and harass you, do file the complaints.
One more thing, file complaints with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking as well. They are the financial regulator in your state.

I should not personally advise you to hire an attorney here. I do not want you to waste your money for these illegal lenders. An attorney will do the same thing that you can do. You can file a harassment suit against this lender. And attach a copy of the lawsuit in your next mail to them.

I wouldn't if I were you Ken, about all they can do is threaten and harass you, they wouldn't dare show their face in a court of law.
