I have a quick question. I filed BBB complaints against Ameriloan and One Click Cash and the BBB closed file because of no response. These people call at least once a day and every time I get a call, I email them a letter. Is it possible to file new complaints? I want to harass them just like they are harassing me. Any suggestions?

If they harass you over phone, you should immediately send them a cease and desist letter and at the same time file a complaint with the FTC by calling them at their toll free number. You can find sample cease and desist letter if you visit the link debt settlement letters.

The BBB is only a letter writing company...there is no action they can take or do. In my opinion, they are a waste of time. You need to be writing to government offices like the FTC or your state AG's office.

I sent them the same email over and over and over again repeatedly throughout the day until they finally (a pdl) wrote me back and told me to cease and desist emailing them because I was bogging up their in box. lol
