Ameriloan ca suit updates?

Hello,
Has there been any updates to the law suit going on in California with Ameriloan (and all it's "sister" companies)? I still receive calls from them at work and home, have sent them a C&D, filed a complaint with the FTC (I've never received any responses on that) and Ameriloan and 500 FastCash just keep saying they are not subject to these laws. I usually don't answer when they call but it's hard to do at work for sure.

it is still ongoing,but they are not giving up.they know that their immunity claim is bogus at best.
