Reported them to BBB and this is what they responded " We received a template of a form letter circulating the internet and it is misleading and has inaccurate information unless has a specific complaint regarding handling of their account we do not believe a response is warranted." I used the template (C&D) on this website, and I do not understand what can be misleading and inaccurate. So does this mean, that I have to paid the principal amount plus interest even if this company is not licensed in Texas? What should I do next in order for me to paid the principal amount only?

actually that is AMERILOAN'S,and every other MTE.MNE d/b/a's template response to BBB complaints.that doesn't make them any less illegal.file AG complaints,and see how AMERILOAN responds.it won't be with that bs template.what a bunch of hypocrits.

I received the same, standard response from Ameriloan, yet they accused me of using a "form letter", circulating the internet with misleading information-HA HA. These people are crud and don't deserve your time. They will lie and make you look as if your claim has no basis. Well, I am going to keep on them. I am not scared of those blood suckers. I have just gotten them upset because they can no longer access my bank account and steal from me. Do not get involved with these companies. Paulmergel, Shazzers and many others have contributed are always contributing some valuable information, that broadens my horizens about these pdlending business daily. This is a good reference point.
