Ameriloan threatens sending my file to collections

Yes Glenda...there are a few ipdls out there that use the same procedure...it happened to me too...fortunately I was already here and there is no way I would ever get another pdl..

I Thought ameriloan was a mortgage company or do I have them confused with someone else?

Hmmm. I wonder if they have a banking division that has branched out into making pdls? (if I said that correctly!!! :-) )They might have their hands into all kinds of things.

they have recently contacted me after 2years of me failing to pay the loan, what they are doing now is to get you to give them your new account and they will take any money owed them from your previous loan out all at once. its a scam leave them alone. now i have checked my credit bureau and its not on there, but they are constantly asking me to accept a settlement. the loan is o 2 years old, WATCH OUT
