I HAD TO SHARE THIS I JUST REALLY LOOKED AT THE EMAIL AND THEY ARE THREATENING TO REPORT THIS TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS ARE THEY SERIOUS???( REALLY) gET A GRIP ONCE THEY DO I WILL DISOUTE IT AS BEING A FRAUDULENT LOAN TO BEGIN WITH!

    I have been in default on illegal internet pdl's since November of last year, including one from Ameriloan, and NONE of them have been reported to my Credit Report. I just checked today. If PDL's are illegal in your state...hold tight, wait for these illegal companies to sell the debt to a bottom feeder CA, wait for them to repeatedly break the debt laws, and sue their asses for the maximum.

    But what ever you do....don't ever use a PDL again. I've learned that lesson the hard way.

    So I filed a complaint with my Attorney Generals office here in New Jersey against Ameriloan and United Cash Loans, they told me it was out of their jurisdiction and they were forwarding my file to FTC in Washington DC. They have a file number on it and everything, I hope they do something because the calls are becoming more frequent but atleast not all day long.
