Filed complaint with BBB because of ameriloan and this was their response!!Help please!

****This after I took out a loan for $350 and have since paid paid $480 all in Fees, with no end in sight!

Wow, how long did it take for them to respond to your original complaint? I have emailed them twice, and no response. I am sure I will get one on the 15th when their withdrawal is denied (I closed my account).
