Robs, if you want help with your pay day loans, please give us the following info: Who your lenders are, how much borrowed, how much in total paid back to each, state you are in,and are your loans internet or store front/

Robs, What state are you in, how much in total have you paid back to each, are these store front or internet. Please!!!!!

Sorry. I'm in Missouri. Yes the two in St.Louis were and are storefront locations. The MyCashNow is internet and so is CASHNET USA.

I've not been able to repay anything as of yet.

See if the storefronts are CFSA members. If they are threr is a repayment plan that they will work out for you if you tell them you are having trouble. Cashnet is licensed in your state so you must work with them also. www.cfsa.net

If the store fronts are members of cfsa they will work out an extended payment plan. It has to be done prior to the loan defaulting. I believe the epp is 4 equal payments, and while this is in effect interest does not accrue,

If the loan has already defaulted the CFSA members do not have to offer you a payment plan. But they still might - It's worth a try.

I've also seen or heard of some groups that lend to consolidate these loans. I'm in a short term problem. But, need about 3-5 months to remedy the immediate loan crisis. Any info on these types of groups?

I do not know of any group that lends money to cover these loans . . . . There are a few companies that will work to consolidate the payday loans, but they dont' lend you the money to pay them off.

There is one company I know if, T&C, that many here have used. Do a search for them and you will read many people's experiences, good and bad, with them.
