I fell into the online payday loan hole , how do I get out ?

Which state do you live in? Who are your payday lenders? Unless you provide answers to these two queries, it will be difficult for us to help you.

Nevertheless, you can check out your state laws from the given page: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/explain-pdls-laws.html . If payday lending is legal in your state, then you will be liable for paying the principal amount that you've borrowed and also the fees and other finance charges. In such a situation, you can go for the option of payday loan consolidation to get rid of your debts.

If payday lending is illegal in your state or if your payday lenders are not licensed to operate in your state, then you should check out the given page in order to know how you can deal with illegal payday lenders: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html

well can you recall how much was debited by each lender thus far?ignore the post above.langhorn is in bed with alot of internet lenders and will work for them as much as you.now being as every lender you have is illegal in CA you only owe the principle.anything debited gets deducted from that.example:

you borrowed 725.00 from eastside.the debit 160.00 three times.you only owe them 245.00.that is just an example, but now you see how it works.you are doing the right thing in closing your account, but try to recall the amounts debited by each lender thus far.then we can see what you truly owe.

all of us who have dealt with eastside got that as their first response(your truly included)it is absolute BS.your state law prevails.if you haven't filed an AG complaints against eastside yet do so.they are illegal in CA,and just about every other state despite what they think,or want you to think.

here my 2nd response for eastside

You did not borrow the money from California, you borrowed on the internet from Delaware, you pay back Delaware so you are governed by Delaware laws. You have made several loans from us so its obvious you know the rules. Our license number 8673. The letter you sent is a standard copy from the internet. Please be aware you are still responsible for the money you borrowed.

oh please.they are something else..literally.reply this way,or like it.

oh really?so you are gonna extradite me to delaware?don't think so and my state won't enforce it either.i am filing an AG complaint against your illegal lender.btw any further email nonsense will be forwarded to the AG'S office as part of that complaint.unless you can come up with better than that.i will not correspond further in any way.

anyway that is how i would respond, and i would file the complaint and forward anything else to your AG.it's a complete waste of your time to engage them further.
