Another Scare Tactic - Jones, Myers

So, last Friday (12/30), I received a voice mail message from Laura Wilson of the Arizona Processing and Summons Division, (I live in Arizona) stating that due to their lack of being able to track me down, a Process Server was on their way to either my home or place of employment to serve me with a summons. She stated that there were two counts of fraud against me. The number she called from was 520-720-3006. She told me that I need to contact the Attorney's office at 480-499-0357 and reference my case number. She ended her call with "you have now been notified". She even called my in-laws house and told them that I needed to call the 480 number with such and such case number.

I have called back the 520 number and it is a recording in spanish. Obviously this number has been "spoofed". I have filed a complaint with my local police department, the Arizona Attorney General's Office and the BBB. I also called the 480 number and left them a message that they are not to contact me at work or at home and they are not to contact my family members. Any further communication must be done in writing. I explained that I have filed formal complaints against them, their company and their employee/representative Laura Wilson. I ended the call that "they have now been notified".

Funny thing is, when I first contacted the 480 number the recording stated it was Jones, Myers (so I am assuming the same Jones, Myers and Associates that harrass people). I called back last night just to see if anyone would answer (because I would love an address to send them a formal letter), and this time the outgoing recording stated that I have reached the Information Center.

Sorry for the long post, but I just wanted to get this information out to everyone for their use/education should they receive calls from these numbers as well.
