cash call/WS letter in NJ
Date: Tue, 11/06/2012 - 05:12
Hello
This forum has been a huge help!!! I was drowning in payday/installment loan debt. I borrowed 2525 from WS/CC on 10/11. I have made all the payments up until I found this website. I sent CC/WS the ACH revocation letter on 11/02/12 and filed a complaint with the NJ AG. I received a pretty thick letter from CC yesterday....it says I'm bound by tribal law etc etc when I signed the loan agreement it was as if I was in their territory. Is this true or is this just a another tactic that they are trying to use? I received at least 15 calls yesterday from CC,I'm not answering. Based on what i've read, I've already paid them and then some. Anyone have any advice I'm sticking to my guns and I'm not giving these illegal bozo's another red cent. However, the tribal law /when I signed it was as if I was on the reservation has me a little uneasy.
Any advice?
thanks

Typical BS. They are just trying to scare and/or confuse you.
