Cash call

Has anyone had an encounter with cash call, not western sky. Had a loan with cash call and I have stopped making payments. Now getting calls from cash call and a company called delbert services, however when you call back to delbert services it is really cash call. The original loan was 5,000 and I have paid over 11,000. I live in Michigan and trying to find out what my options are.

You are in a bit of a jam here. CashCall per say is legal and it is a bonded operation wherein their loans are backed by a bank charter. Does your account status still show some due balance?
