Anyone have any wins with this company? I have had a couple correspondences and now they say they are sending this to their legal department. I will stick to my guns as I have over paid this loan by $400 and have asked for a PIF and a refund without any success thus far.

Thank you SP... thank you so very much for the advice you have provided on this forum!! I am almost PDL free. I only have one PDL where I will pay the principle only as agreed by me to the PDL.

I was just inquiring if anyone had any wins from this PDL I have done a few searches and cannot find anyone with a win with mypaydayloan.com. I am now gearing up for the battle with their collection company.

you say win like you haven't.the fact that you closed your account before these illegal lenders could gouge you further is a win in my eyes.however yes push for the refund and PIF,but just knowing how wrong these cretins are and finding out that they are as stupid as they are illegal.isn't that a win?i think so.push for the refund,but you have already won as you got control of your money back.
