Help! Any Suggestions on this strategy?

I have spent hours reading all of these posts, and think i have a good direction on how to get out of my payday mess. I would appreciate any comments or advice on how to proceed.
I live in Pennsylvania and have 4 Payday loans which Im sure are all illegal since Pa prohibits payday loans.
500 Fast Cash
Advance Me
United
Red Stone
This my question: With three of these Red, Advance and United I have previous taken out a prior loan, paid the principle back and then some. I have current loans that although the principle has not been paid off yet, the interest paid on the priors makes that up and then some.
The last Payday 500Fast has a balance of $15 left on the principle.
Does this make sense: Contact the first three with letters as you all have suggested stating the loans are illegal here, payments and interest more than make up the principles borrowed and an amount due is owed to me.
And Contact 500fast and state I will pay only the $15 to satisfy the principle.
Does this sound like a god strategy and what is the best way to pay 500Fast?
Thanks for your time with this, your info here has allowed me to sleep at night again.
You are right. Just pay $15 to 500 Fast Cash. Contact the the ot
You are right. Just pay $15 to 500 Fast Cash. Contact the the other 3 lenders and state that you will not make any payments to them. The principal amount has been repaid.
strategy-in PA
I am also in PA and have already went through what you are starting so maybe I can give you a little help. First and for most I found the PA Department of Banking to be of great help. They will answer any questions you have and the actually call you back usually within 24 hours. They too are feed up with these Payday companies. They just recently filed a Lawsuit against Cash Cure, which is one of the loans that I had, which resulted in my account being PIF and I also got a 500.00 refund. I also got a refund from another company. The rest of them I am fighting with now or haven't heard from them yet, which I'm sure is right around the corner.
Advance Me Today contacted me twice and told me the are taking me to court. Haven't heard from them for a few weeks. I heard they suck to deal with so I am sure it will be a battle. They do owe me a couple hundred that I overpaid them so that might help.
I had loans with United and One Click Cash. I overpaid them but according to them still have a balance. I receive E-mails from them every couple weeks. The phone calls I am sure will start coming. I have one with 500cash which I haven't paid a cent on. When I E-mailed them I told them that I would pay back principal only on my terms but never heard from them....yet.
White Hills has considered my account PIF, even though they claim they are tribal. Will not respond to my request for a refund but I send E-mails weekly to them.
THe one I am really after is MyCashNow. They owe me over 3,000.00 in interest and I will not give up. I know they are tough but I am determined to get my money back. I just sent a Debt Validation certified mail to Credit Depot (My Cash Now's Collections department). They have 4 more days to get back to me.
I could go on but you get the gist.
Please follow the great instructions here on this sight on how to deal with these lenders. Close your bank account, send the letters, etc... Read all the sticky's above for the form letters you can use.
United, One Click Cash, and 500Cash all claim to be tribal however the owner, Scott Tucker, currently has a Civil Suit against him and the FTC has filed a complaint against these companies so we will see how they play out.
Good luck and come back to let us know how it goes.
