PDL in Ohio

Hello,

I read that PDL are illegal in Ohio. Does that apply to internet loans and store loans?

I have loans with

Ace Cash Express
Advance America
Check Into Cash

Please, register with the forums - and PDL's are legal in Ohio - and all three of yours are legal store front loans.... I am sure they are licensed to lend in the state of Ohio with the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions.. the only thing you can do is call them and see if you can get them to do an extended payment plan for you to get them paid off or force them in to collections and get them to work out a payment arrangement that way.. either way I would recommend contacting their corp offices.
