Need help in TX...

I have numerous PDL in Texas and finally decided that I could not pay the refinance charges any longer because every month I get further and further behind on essential bills like food, utilites and my home. I got a new bank account already. The loans I have are mostly storefront and a couple online. What do I need to do next? They are already calling me and my references.
