Approved Money Center

Has anyone had any dealings with Approved Money Center concerning defaulting on their loan? They are threatening to turn my check over to the hot check office if I don't pay them back the loan plus interest in 6 weeks, even though I have offered to pay them $100 every two weeks. This is in the State of Texas.
