Ok so my bank calls me and says that I was having money withdrawn and returned a bunch so my banks branch manager tells me that since it was doing that to just close the account. I'm new to all this and was wondering that in any arizona law is it a criminal act to close a bank account with online payday loans signed to that account. I'm in desperation mode bcuz they destroyed my bank account and could loss my place to live with family due to 600 negtive and no rent. If anyone can do this please cuz I've tried for awhile to find everything out. And can't make since of all the mumbo jumbo break it down for me please and thank you

You can check your state pdl laws here. Also you can check the licensing status of your creditors from the following link.

Arizona requires the online payday lenders to be licensed by the state. Hence if you can't find the lenders in the above link then they are probably operating illegally. IMO you have taken the right approach by closing the bank account.
