Who do I contact to find out if a PDL company is actually licensed to do business? I currently live in Arizona and have 4 internet payday loans. They are Ameriloan,CashnetUSA,1Clickcash, and DiscountAdvance.

I think Ameriloan, 1Clickcash and DiscountAdvance are not legal in Arizona.
