I live in Arizona and have 3 payday loans through the internet totaling around $1600. The 3 companies are paydaymax, mycashnow, and advancemetoday. I know Arizona law states there is no payday loans allowed. But since this is done over the internet can I legally stop paying on them. I have already paid 600 on a 300 loan with advancemetoday and still owe 200. I am about even with -paydaymax in the amt of fees and principle and still owe 500 on a 620 loan. Mycashnow -I have paid 600 in fees on a 800 loan. Can I just pay back the principle on these and call it a day? I am going to close out my bank acct tomorrow and open another one. Plz help

please answer the following

1)amount borrowed from each
2)amount debited by each thus far

the guest above is correct.none of these pdl's are legal in any state so you only owe the principle, and anything debited in "fees" gets deducted from the loan.basically if line two is greater than line one you owe nothing.go to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS.it will guide you every step of the way.follow it to the letter.especially the part about closing your current account as stop payments don't work, and these places will drown you in red ink.
