I reside in Tucson Arizona and I have been receiving calls from Schwartz, Holmann & Associates about litigation proceedings against me because I failed to repay money I borrowed from a company named Aqua Loans. First of all, I never borrow money. I run purely on a cash only basis and never had a single credit card late. I have had an impeccable record for over 30 years.
Now these guys are calling me every day from morning to night, accusing me of bank fraud, perjury and stealing, How do I stop these morons?

I found nothing on Aqua Loans anywhere and this so called law office sounds like boiler room scammers. Ignore the calls, file complaints with the county police, the FTC and the state AG.
