It's truly hard for me to understand things in law terms. Webpayday has sent my account to collections and they are threating to garnish my check. I borrowed 200 and have already paid that back plus an additional $25.00. I have no idea where to start.

i have re-read Arkansas payday loan law and is totally confused. Do Arkansas require internet pdls to be licensed in Arkansas? Please help me to understand this.

Arkansas does not require them to be licensed in the state but they do require them to be licenced in at least one US state.

The addresses are US, BUT there is not a license in that state. They are just US addresses they use to act like they are legal but their company is not in the US.
