arrested?

Some guy called me saying I was going to be arrested Monday at my job and I was being sued for $5000. I am a little shocked. Can they even call and threaten me with that? I have no idea how they come up with that amount. He couldnt even tell me who the creditor was but said if I paid 500 today it would be done. I never took any kind of loan for even 500.

file a police report for the threat.then ignore the idiot.they broke the law hand over fist.they can't a thing they threatened.do not give them a dime.for one thing the loser contradicted himself for jumpstreet.you can't sued and arrested.you are either sued,or arrested.second if you were gonna be arrested.they wouldn't settle a supposed 5,000.00 matter for 500.00.file the report then ignore,or hang up on him.he's not worth even acknowledging.
