Help! federal reserve bank saying that they will arrest me

Remember, a legitimate bank or anyone following the legal norms will not make dirty threats. They will usually send you summons from the court and show the case in front of the judge.

If the debt is valid, give them a call and make payment arrangements. Be aware of the laws in your state and pay accordingly.

There is no such bank. Period. And you will NOT be arrested. This sounds like GFSIL, Route66, or Bass (take your pick, they all use the same lies and scare tactics and false federal banking names that do not exist)

Record the conversations if legal. By your post it appears that the collector committed at least two violations of the fdcpa, one claiming to be a government agency, and two that you are going to be arrested.

The collector must not know much about government if he/she claimed to be with the Federal Reserve collecting a pdl. This sounds high school level intelligence.
