I have been getting phone calls from a collection agency out of buffalo ny saying I owe cash net usa money. They said they will have me arrested on check fraud charges. Can they do this.

Do you live in NY. If yes, then all lenders are illegal in your state. You can’ get arrested for pdl as debts are civil, not a criminal offense. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
