I did not know that my husband took out a loan from arrowhead while we were in a stay from our bankruptcy (chapter 13) in order to get money to fix our car. A Sharon Williams insists that she will have our bankruptcy dismissed because of this. We my husband sent in his info and a copy of his pay stub it showed we were in bankruptcy. What can we do?
