11/4 Discount Advances IGI 250 and 43.75 in fees have not paid any on it yet.

We just need major help or we are going to be sitting without electric at home and no food. My wife is pregnant and I have a 3yr daughter. Please help me out. What can I do before we lose everything?

it looks like you have overpaid just about if not all of your illegal pdl's.you see since pdl's are illegal all of the money you paid in fees goes toward the loans.first thing is to close your current account open a new one.do not give this to the pdl's.next file AG,FTC,and BBB complaints against all of these pdl's.the first thing and it is key is closing your account.then your money will be yours and it puts you in control.again, you owe little to nothing on these loans as the fees you paid go towards the loan.

in your case i would send them either an email stating that you just realized pdl's are illegal in NC and will file AG and FTC complaints.do this after you secure your bank account.then file the complaints.i wouldn't wait with these people.

put the account on deposits only.you will have to go to the bank and withdraw the old fashioned way,but the pdl's will not have access to your account.go see the manager in person for this.

i got that a couple of times.that means that they going to try and find an account to debit.i suggest if you drafted an ACH revocation letter giving it to your current bank.that way if they find your new account it is easier to get the debit reversed without penalty.

Email we got back from arrowhead

Hello Larry- Arrowhead received your email today in regards to your loan that you have out. When we process anyone's loan the loan documents everyone agrees to verbally and electronically are to our state laws and not the state law they live in. Attached is a copy of the original loan documents that you agreed to the day we processed your loan. Were not going to consider the loan paid in full since we have only debited two times out of the account. But we will be happy to help settle the account for just the $300.00 to pay off and not $390.00. Please let us know on what kind of arrangements are going to be best for you so we can keep you in good standings and not have to sell this account to collections- Thanks
