Hi A S Associates of TX called me at home work cell looking for 535.00 that i own to a payadv comp.I try to make arragement with them I even gave them my c/c for them to charge me 125.00 which was all I could pay at the time and asked them to pl give me more time they took my payment and told me I had till noon today our I was going to be arrested for non pymt of my load that they try to to do an elect.payment an counldnt so they are saying that the payadv coming wents done to charge me with 2 ck usf
You cannot be arrested....I would call your bank and put a stop
You cannot be arrested....I would call your bank and put a stop pay on the payment as it was made under the pretense of false imprisonment and duress. In other words, you were scammed.
