ASAP FUNDING

I took out a PDL with them in June of '07 and they are now going under the name (at least that is what i have tracked through old bank statements) of SDS Lending. I can only find a fax number for them. I just faxed them a letter revoking payment and revoking any calls to my employer or references. I will also be sending them a certified letter I faxed over to them, once I can find their address! I cant seem to find an address either.

I can't find anything under ASAP Funding or SDS Lending. However, djones, since they turned you over to a collection agency, you need to send the collection agency a debt validation letter. They are to PROPERLY validate the debt.

YOU ACCOUNT WAS NSF. They can send for suit or turn over for legal action. They collect like collection co's but caqn come after you Bad checks and accounts are a crime

Actually I am not an employee of "one of these" places. I am however employed, I do pay my bills,I am not scared of answering my phones, I can provide for my family, I do not receive threatening e mails , letters or phone calls. My children will grow up with values and learn the value of a dollar. My cars will not be repo'ed, my mortgage will be paid, and my utilites will not be turned off.
