I received a payday loan from Ashland Enterprises on 3/22 for $250. Every payday since then, they've taken out $75.00 (eight paydays totaling $600). I live in California. At this point, since I've paid more than double the initial loan amount, is there anything I can do to get them to stop withdrawing from my checking account since I've more than paid back what I've owed without having to pay them $300 (which is what they're saying the lump sum amount is)? Please advise.
Thanks in advance,
Chris

There is no license for them in your state. It sounds like you have more than paid them off, you need to close your account, that is really the only way to stop them, otherwise they will continue to debit your account for as long as it is opened, your account will never be safe again, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
