Sent a letter stating that this was an illegal loan and received this response. What should I do? Please advise?

Jody

I can assure you that our business and the contracts that are signed
by you the consumer are legal. You took out this loan knowing it was a
payday loan. When you did the loan you also were asked to save a copy
or print a copy of the contract for your own records. Now if you fail
to do so then that it is not our responsibility. We advised you to do
this before signing the loan documents. Also with the signing of the
documents, it comes from an IP address which can be traced back to
make the documents legal binding. Along with you signing the documents
it also states you waive your rights in section 4, this is located in
the contract I have sent to you. You are a citizen of the state of
Allendale, MI. However, the contract was not made in that state. The
contract was completed via the World Wide Web. The governing law
(clearly outlined in your contract) which you agreed to by your legal
e-signature is based in the isle and providence of Nevis West Indies
Bahamas. If you would like to schedule payment arrangements on the
account to pay off the account I will be more than willing to do that
for you.

It is the same usual crap they send out. Repeat your previous letter.

Dear ____

You know as well as I do the the laws of my state of residence prevail. I am not a stupid consumer that you can confuse. I am not a resident of you tiny island and I am not subject to your laws. You can repeat the crap about this loan being made on the WWW as long as you wish. Any judge in the USA would just laugh at your stupidity.

Go away....never contact me again.
