Can you ask for an EPP if its already defaulted. I have 4 pay day loans that maybe rejected at my bank today. Can I ask for the EPP now, or would it have been last week.

You can only sign up for an EPP on or before the date you are due. So now that the checks are going to go back NSF you need to come up with a plan to repay them. And then contact the manager of the pdl and let them know of your plan and they should work with you. Unless it is one that will just turn you right over to a CA then you will have to make arrangements with the CA.
