I have two pay day loans out right now, one in which I have defaulted on which is 417.00 including the fees from the returned payment, if I dont pay they will assess a wage garnishment there internet based and the company is called ZIP19. My other payday loan is with an internet company MBS loans, which 250.00 was borrowed on 4/12/2012 I have paid a total amount of 190.00 (loan renewal fee of 95.00). I want to end this trap for once and for all, what would be the best thing for me to do?

My loans are in the stae of Maryland, I waned to get some more advice before I sent my letters out to the bank and to the payday loan companies.

I wanted to know could I stop the wage garnishment even if I have signed the wage declaration form?

I also wanted to know if I was reading my advisory notice correctly from my state. I am guessing that my state allows that the pursuant can charge 33 percent on any loan that is made in the amount of 1,000 or less. I am reading this wrong?

I also read under the advisory that the pursuant or company must be liscensed under the state, since these are on the internet, does this trump all?

Thanks for all your help
