Its the same I think, there number is 866-864-8030. Now I got a call from a Heather, sounded very mean. Should I call them back? I sent all of them my letters, maybe should send them again.
I wouldn't call them, if they are trying to collect on illegal d
I wouldn't call them, if they are trying to collect on illegal debts, then file complaints AGAIN with the FTC. Tell the FTC they are discussing confidential information with your employer, a clear violation of the FDCPA. Every time they do something they aren't suppose to, file a complaint. Maybe the FTC will DO SOMEthing, like fine them for violating the FDCPA, fight back!
By the way, you can sue them too, for up to $1000.00, but you would need proof of some form in order for a consumer debt attorney to take your case, so keep good records, date and time they called, who they spoke to, what they said, etc. Depending on what state you are in, you could even record their calls, some states are one party states, some aren't.
