Can anyone shed any light onto this matter for me? What should an ACH revocation letter say? Just that I am refusing to authorize a debit? Also do I need to send them an wage assignment revocation letter? What is the difference or do I just send both right away. All my PDL's are still just debiting my checking account and nothing else... yet... I am a little confused as to what I should do and send. Please help if anyone has any great adivce.

Thank you!

Are all of your pdl's licensed and legal, or illegal? Are they store front or Internet? Basically, FYI, a ACH revocation will not stop illegal pdl's from debiting your account, they will continue to do so until you are drained dry, the safest way to go about this is to close out your account and open a new one at a totally different bank, THEN send them wage assignment and ACH revocation. Read the information at the top of this forum regarding closing bank accounts before you do so. :) I would be most happy to post a sample letter if you like.

If you would post a sample letter that would be outstanding! I believe that the majority if not all of my PDL's are actually legally licensenced and they are all internet based! I'm actually on my way to the bank shortly today to try and stop all these debits going through by tomorrow morning. Any other advice would be greatly appreciate. I truly appreciate what you have already sent!

Thank you

To Whom It May Concern:

This notice is to advise you that as of today _______2008, I am revoking your right to debit any of my personal accounts for the purpose of repayment of this loan. My personal bank account is now closed, therefore I am requesting a physical address where I can send payments via money order. I am also revoking any and all wage assignments I may or may not have signed with your company. My employer is aware of this and will reject any attempts made by your company to impose a wage assignment. Please respond as soon as possible so we may come to an agreeable payment arrangement. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Thank you sooooo much! This is a huge help! I have one last question. Do you think I can add into this same letter that I am only requesting them to contact me at my home address or phone number so they will not contact me at work or my references? Or do I send an additional letter at the same time?

I can't thank you enough for the info! I actually feel like I can see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel!

I sent this to US Fast Cash and Norstar Cash and both closed my loan status with "Paid in Full" within the same week.

I (your name here), hereby prohibit you or your affiliates to contact me via telephone at my place of employment or my home telephone number, effective immediately. I also prohibit you from calling the references listed on my loan application. Once I inform you of this, you must stop the telephone contact immediately or you will be breaking the laws of the state of California.

You are also hereby notified that I am revoking any voluntary wage assignment I may or may not have signed. I no longer authorize you, your company, or your affiliates to attach any parts of my wages or contact my employment for collection purposes.

I am revoking your right to debit my checking account effective immediately. Please be notified that I have informed my financial institution of this fraudulent situation and they have received a copy of this correspondence. Any further attempt at debiting my account will be rejected by my bank.

Finally, please be advised that I am taking legal action against your company. Your interest fees and multiple rollovers exceed the maximum allowed in the state of California. I will contact you again once my attorney is retained.

I then faxed the letter above to both internet companies and provided copies to my bank as extra security.

I found out that anger can be power, as long as you're not afraid to throw that knockout punch!!

Greetings,

What law covers flesh and blood "travelers" and what is the correct terminology needed to revoke a driver's license ... Revoking all hidden strings that may be attached to it also ... And who ALL would need to receive this notification of revoca- tion to make the traveler over the highways and byways protected from enity harm?

Thank You
