^ as long as that was done
^ as long as that was done the bank SHOULD stop honoring the charges but we have seen all kinds of stuff happen ...
Yes i showed my bank copies
Yes i showed my bank copies of the ACH revocation. However, they paid it to mind, hence why i decided to close my account. Unfortunately these lenders hit my account up for money that wasn't there...long after i sent them letters revoking ACH. Is there any way to get these lenders to put the money back considering the transaction was fraudulent and unauthorized? Bank refuses to close my account now because I'm overdrawn ..yet i demanded it be closed days before these lenders took money out.
Did you talk to the branch
Did you talk to the branch manager? You will have to go back to branch and demand the ACH revocation. It is federal law! If the branch manager wont help, go higher up the chain.
