I was just wondering what do you tell the Attorney Generals office when you contact them? I live in PA and just sent all my letters out and closed my bank account.

Pennsylvania AG really doesn't get involved in PDL's unless it has to do with collection tactics. The Department of Banking theoretically has the authority but, at least until a new policy goes into effect in February, won't do anything unless the lender is either physically in Pennsylvania or isn't licensed in any other state. Even in those circumstances, I've never heard of them actually taking action, but maybe someone will be along with a more positive story to tell.
