Pleeease! Has anyone had experience settling with a payday loan company called "Authorized Payday"? Has anyone sent them a settlement letter, or settled with them through T&C? Please share your experiences in how easy or hard they were to deal with.

This is another new one that has cropped up. I have not heard of them either. Have you overpaid them? Look up your state laws at http://www.paydayloaninfo.org. If you have overpaid them dont give them a dime more. KYSIDE38

I was going over what loans I had left to deal with and one of mine is Authorized Payday. I remember their website, and just went again to check it out see if I could find more info.

Their terms and conditions mention... "Del Prado Holdings, Inc. to process your application for a loan" so that gives us another name to search under. On the main site it says "Sponsored by Authorized Payday, LLC"

And from their "contact us" page:

AuthorizedPayday.com
369 East 900 South # 324
Salt Lake City, UT 84111-4331

For questions or complaints, please contact us at:

Phone: 1-888-355-6148
Fax: 1-888-355-6149
e-mail: loans(at)authorizedpayday.com

Utah residents may contact the Utah State Department of Financial Institutions at 801 538 8830.

As for me I haven't heard a word from them. My initial search lead me to believe they are not licensed at least in the State of Oregon. I'm going to do more research for my own purposes, but I'll keep people updated. I searched on here and saw a few people have Authorized Payday Loans, but no one seems to know much else about them.....
