I got a loan from American Web Loan for 1000 and I was wondering if this is legal or not? I sent email like you said to do regarding the
illegal lender in the state. I live in Michigan. Is this enforceable? Can I do anything about it? Is it legal for them to do this?

As per my search, American Web Loan is illegal payday lender. If you have paid the principal amount the, don't pay interest. Als ask them to update your account as "paid in full".

This is the standard reply they usually send to borrowers. Nothing to worry about it. They are illegal and you don't need to pay more than the principal amount. Have you done the ACH revokation?

I agree with Patricia, you don't need to pay more than the principal amount to American Web Loan. Make sure you revoked the ACH service.
