500 Fast Cash

I took a loan out for $250.00 from 500 Fast Cash. That was last year and I had made payments to them last year AND this year. I have already sent my cease and desist letter stating they cannot call me and that all communication must be made via email OR USPS. I emailed them SEVERAL times requesting information on my account, like $$ borrowed, total payments made and balance due. This year along I've piad back principle plus $70. THIS YEAR ALONE. This means last years payments also exceed more than the principle and I am due a refund. I called their office and kept getting transferred to final collections. Final Collections could only give me a 45 day payment history and they showed I still owed them $150.00. I asked who could provide me with ALL the history on the account and they transferred me back to customer service. Needless to say I've gotten NOWHERE. I also told the girl I spoke with in Final Collections that I've emailed several times and have been ignored. She said the only time they will respond to an email is with a balance inquiry (which I know is not the case because I heard from them last year in a personalized email about a payment arrangement I TRIED making). I also told her that they do not have permission to contact me by phone and that I requested that in writing. She said "that changes nothing we still have your number and we will call you all we want!". I am stuck now. I know I am due a refund of more than $70.00 but can get nowhere. IDEAS? I live in AZ

Don't hold your breath on that refund. Illegal lenders will play hardball, and refunds are rare :?
You can continue to send them letters and hope someone processes your refund.
