we live in AZ and have 2 internet payday loans

Redstone 500.00 paid 175.00

Peppercash 450.00 paid 157.50

we were told that the finance charges were 1x only and then we would be paying off the principle but that is not the case we are paying the finance charges every payday and nothing towards the principle we would like to consolidate them asap.

Check out the pdl laws in Arizona:

You can enroll in a payday loan consolidation program if you're finding it difficult to make payments on the loan. This program will help you merge your 2 loans into a single monthly payment. However, before consolidating your loans, you should check whether or not these 2 internet companies have the license to operate in your state. If they are not licensed, then you're only required to pay the principal amount.

Payday lending is legal in Arizona. But you need to contact the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions in order to find out whether or not your payday lenders are licensed to operate in your state. If they are not licensed to operate in your state, then you need to pay them only the principal balance. In order to know how you should deal with the unlicensed payday lenders, check out the given page: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html .
