Small debts and payday loans

We have a lot of bills under 400 dollars and 4 payday loans out.the settlement companies do not accept debt under 400 dollars and most of them do not do payday loans.i am talking to an associate here on this consumer site to see if they can assist me,does anyone else have any input or know of some one in indiana?i do not know if loan consolidation would be a better way to go or if payday loans can be consolidated.our daughter was killed in auto accident.we have been in debt ever since trying to pay lawyers.some people just take your misfortures in life and try to make money off of you.we have had so many bad attorneys,pay this one and then have to pay another one because the first one messed up our case.what a racket susu god knows who they are.

Please go to the "Payday Loan Help" forum and start a thread there. (Click on the Forum link and then on the Payday Loan Help link)
In your thread, tell them you live in Indiana.
List who your payday loans are with, if they are storefront loans or internet loans. How much each loan is for and what you have repaid.
You will probably have to close your bank account or talk to your bank about getting a hard block debit on your account to stop the automatic with drawls coming out of your account.
There are alot of knowledgeable people on this site and when they see who your payday loans are with they will be able to advise you on how to proceed.

yes please go there for advice for the pay day loan situation and I'm hoping an associate from the site will give you good options as far as your smaller consumer debts. I'm very sorry to hear about your daughter and my prayer is that someone more knowledgeable than me will come along and give you good solid sound advice on seeking legal counsel who will work in your best interest take care of yourself and hope to see you in the payday forums let us know how you're doing ok

SUSU- I am sorry for your misfortune. AS far as your smaller debts, here is what I did-I started out with my lowest balance one, and paid as much extra towards it to pay it off-it was tough, but we tightened our belsts. Then I took that payment and added it to the next lowest payment towards the next lowest one, and so on. It frees up some money for the other bills.

As far as your pdls, if you can post if they are internet or storefront, how much was borrowed, paid back, etc., it would help us point ypou in the right direction. If you want to- post it under the thread you have about your pdls.
