Mark collins berated me, threatened to have me locked up, said his Bahama division would squash me legally, said IRS would allow garnishment of any tax refunds and also garnish my social security and if I did not pay have me arrested.

What is the fax number and address for this clown?

I want to file a law suit against Mark Collins ASAP!

They call 6-12 times a day when I got Mark on phonde asked who debt is owed, a fax number and address he h ung up on me three times.

What state do you live in? In order to sue a debt collector, if possible, I would want to get them on tape making these claims and threats. In most states it is legal for you to tape the phone calls as long as one party to the call consents. That party would be you. You dont even need to tell them that you are recording the call if you live in one of those states. There are 13 states that still require the consent of all parties before you can record the call. If you do a search for "can we tape" in google, you will find a link where you can check your state to see if you can record without telling them or not. If you can, I would definitely record these calls. And then, I would contact an attorney through naca.net which is a consumer advocate organization.
