I have closed one bank account due to 4 illegal payday lenders. Unfortunately, I asked for a new loan on one of them that was paid out and gave them my new banking account info. Can they share this info with the ones who werent paid out? The new account has my husband as the primary and me as second. The other bank account only had my name on it.

I'm afraid Mobile is right. Some PDL's are definately connected (owned by the same people) and letting this new information out is definately not wise. Who were the PDL's, so we can determine if this really was the case?
The only good thing about this happening again is that now you know what you have to do to get out of it.

The fact that they share your info without your permission is a testament in itself of how illegal they are. Any legal lender wouldn't share your information without your permission and/or they will let you know under which circumstances they will share it and give you the option of allowing it.

Of course they will share info. There's no honor among thieves! As much as I am tight on money right now, I would never even consider taking out another payday loan after what I've been through and have gotten rid of them.

You may have to close this account now so that they don't wipe you out.
