What can you do if

I have talked (and went in and talked to someone) about putting this on this account, and got told that they could not and would not do this. They even went as far to say that because the account I used was a rep payee account (I get SSI for my son) that I could actually be in trouble for taking out these IPDL's and using the account and funds to pay on these.
So my question is is there anything else I can do since the bank is being no help whatsoever?
i wouldnt worry about it tina..talk to the branch manager about

tina, how long ago did you close your account? And when are the pdl debits due to hit next? With luck, it's enough time so that the account will be totally closed when the pdls try to debit it. And, did your bank tell you themselves that the account could be "forced open"? If so, you need to ask them how long of a time frame that might be. Some people have been told by their bank it "could" happen for 3 to 5 days. Some people have been told it "could" happen for up to 30 days. So, you can always just call your bank, tell them your account is closed; however, can it be "forced open" and if so, for how long?
