I was wondering i have so much debt, my vehicle was repossessed my bank account closed, and I have payday loans is there any way I can file bankruptcy. I am still trying to find a job in the harsh economic time. Please any suggestions at all

Can you tell us how much is your total debt? If the debt is very high, and you cannot pay it off, it is better that you file bankruptcy. Since you do not have a job right now, your bankruptcy may get discharged and you may be exempted from paying all your debts.

i filed bankruptcy in 2006 and i did have payday loans at the ti

i filed bankruptcy in 2006 and i did have payday loans at the time, which i did include. the hardest part for me was finding their physical addresses for the paperwork.

yes you can file bankruptcy, and include the pdls, IF you have not filed in the past 8 years. Bankruptcy laws have recently changed so you may want to google them and check up on the new laws.

Please be aware if you have Illegal PDLs it will be difficult to track them down. Also they may not back off because you filed BK.
