Filling a dispute with the bank

Has anyone had sucess with filing a dispute on ACH's with the bank I live in Idaho and an unlicensed payday loan company beacon has debited over 800 dollars with none being applied to interested on a 200 dollar loan. From reading Idaho's law they are not even entitled to principle. Has anyone had any luck filing a dispute with the bank

If the company has debited money illegally from your account, then you should contact your bank and dispute it with the bank authorities. You can even block the account and open a new account with some other bank so that you can stop further debiting of money.
