I have received threatening calls from an online pay day loan company IDEAL Payday loan stating that when I signed the contract that when I electronically signed the contract that I agreed that if I did not pay in full that I would be prosecuted for bank fraud? Is this possible? Where do I go from here? They are saying they are coming to "serve me". Never heard of be pre-warned of something like that?

ideal payday is not legal so they have to resort to threats like that.if you haven't filed AG complaints do so,but file a police report as you can't be arrested for owing a debt.especially an online illegal pdl.
