Loan in Iowa

I have a loan through mypaydayloan.com, I put a block on them and my bank is working great with me on keeping them from drafting again. I emailed them the laws of Iowa and a validation they will not accept payments of the principal only. They also stated that they have reported to a check reporting agency to show I have a bad check. Has anyone dealt with them and do you know if they do report you as a bad check writer

Lender is offshore, therefore illegal.
